Here is a very simple, sweet and *optional personalized* DIY valentine card craft:
I made these for my sweet nieces and nephews.
This little, square card was of no particular size because I made individual envelopes out of tissue paper, then put several in an oversized envelope for mailing, but if you want to do a standard square size and buy your square envelopes instead of crafting them, you'll want to cut your card stock to fit in a 5.5"x5.5" or 6"x 6" envelope (5" or 5.25" and 5.5"x5.5" or 5.25"x 5.25" would be great)
Supplies: White cards stock (for the smaller card: 5.25"x 5.25" squares or 5.25"x10.5" if you want a folded card), fun pens, a glue stick, scissors, and colored/print paper (a great way to use scraps of fun card stock or wrapping paper)
First you cut 3 paper heart templates in various sizes (4.5", 3" and 2" tall)
Then, using a small piece of masking tape to keep the template in place, cut around your colored paper

Once you have all your hearts cut (making sure you have one of each size for each card), you're ready to start gluing! |
You can customize the hearts by writing that special someone's name on one of the hearts. You can also jazz up the edges of the cards by drawing a fun boarder with your colored pens, such as: hearts, polka-dots and lace.
You are ready to write a little message and send or hand-deliver this cute little card to your valentine.
