Supplies: old phone case, tape (I used washi tape, but I think masking tape would work great), nail polish, and toothpicks.
First, tape off your phone case with masking tape. I made stripes, but one could cut out shapes with the tape!
Then, start painting your phone case. You can make little polka-dots with a toothpick.
Let it dry and enjoy your fancy, new phone case!
